Apparently, it is not just the fans remembering MS Dhoni in India’s blue color. Captain Virat Kohli is also craving for the former captain.

Months after his retirement, MS Dhoni remains a fan-favorite. Even in the ongoing series against Australia, banners with their names and pictures can be seen from all around the stadium, with limited viewers.

One such fan-made banner read “We Miss You Dhoni” in all caps during India’s second T20I against Australia on Sunday. In a video going viral on Twitter, Virat Kohli, who was fielding deep, can be seen back towards the audience and respond with a “me too” gesture.

The partnership of MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli is one of the most liked topics for cricket audiences worldwide.

Virat Kohli has accepted the role of MS Dhoni many times in his career. MS Dhoni has been Kohli’s mentor since his captaincy. When he first stepped into the team bus, supported him during his toughest period in 2014, and finally ensured a smooth transition to captaincy.
